2. How do I get the leads?

You can receive leads via WhatsApp, calls, or Meta lead forms—whichever method suits you best.

3. How many leads will I get in the ₹5,999 plan?

You’ll receive an estimated 60–90 leads within 10 days, depending on your location and budget segment.

4. Do I need a Facebook/Instagram page to run ads?

Yes, you need at least one business page. If you don’t have one, we can create and optimize it for you at no extra cost.

5. Is the ad creative included in the package?

Yes, our design team will create 1–2 professional ad creatives customized for your property or project.

6. How do I track the leads and campaign?

We provide a live Google Sheet or CRM where you can see daily updated leads (name, number, area, etc.).

7. Can I choose the location and type of audience for ads?

Absolutely. We target based on your project’s location, audience profile, income bracket, and other parameters.

8. Will Stratify Kart talk to the leads on my behalf?

No, we generate leads and send them to you directly. You or your sales team will need to follow up.

9. Do you offer a free trial?

No, but we do share sample reports and success stories to help you understand what results to expect.

10. What do I need to get started?

Just provide us with your business page access (or we’ll create one), your project details, and make the payment to begin.

11. What if I don’t close any deals after getting leads?

Lead generation does not guarantee conversions—it depends on your project, how quickly you follow up, and your closing strategy. However, many clients have closed 1–3 deals within their first campaign.

12. Why should I pay in full upfront? What’s the guarantee?

We pay ad costs to Meta platforms in advance. Our model has worked successfully for 2000+ clients. While we cannot “guarantee sales,” we do ensure quality reach, proper targeting, and deliver the promised number of leads.

13. How do I know these leads are not fake?

We use location and behavior-based targeting to reach real, interested buyers. All leads are direct responses from your ads. No third-party or recycled leads.

14. What if I’m already running ads?

We’re happy to audit your ads. Often, clients running ads see poor results due to weak creatives, wrong targeting, or unstructured follow-up. We bring better strategy + execution.

15. Can I get leads in a local language ad?

Yes! We can create creatives and ad text in Marathi, Hindi, or any regional language for better local response.

16. If I stop the ad midway, do I get a refund?

Unfortunately, once the ad budget is allocated and creatives are approved, refunds aren’t possible. We recommend running the full 10-day cycle to see full performance.

17. How many of these leads will be ‘hot’ buyers?

On average, 15–30% of leads turn out to be seriously interested. Others may need nurturing. We advise calling within 30 mins of the lead entry for best conversion.

18. What happens if I don’t have a sales team to handle leads?

No, we generate buyer inquiries—not site visits. Your follow-up, availability, and project offer will decide how many leads convert into site visits.
